We only accept returns if the item is defective or if the item was delivered incorrectly. Please contact us by email or phone within one week of receiving the product. Please note that after that time, we will no longer be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges. We will pay the shipping costs.

 

[About defective products]

Please check the product as soon as possible after receiving it. We regret that we cannot accept returns unless the product is damaged. note that.
